Is the home demo really free?
Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We test your RO water, show live pH and hydrogen readings and let your family taste the difference. A demo takes about 30 minutes.
Which cities do you cover?
We start from Sonipat and serve Panipat, Rohtak, Delhi, Bahadurgarh and the wider NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, plus Karnal, Jind and Meerut.
What warranty do Believe products carry?
The alkaline water ionizer has a 2-year warranty on all components. The hydrogen water bottles carry a 1-year warranty.
