1. Coverage
Alkaline Water Ionizer: 2-year warranty on all components from the date of installation. Hydrogen Water Bottles: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. What is not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repair, incorrect input water (outside the recommended TDS/pH range), voltage abuse beyond protection limits, and consumables such as filters.
3. How to claim
Register your product on our Warranty page and contact service@believealkalinewater.com or +91-7015517802 with your invoice and serial number.
