Believe Alkaline Water (“Believe”, “we”, “us”) sells and services alkaline water ionizers and hydrogen water bottles. Our offices are at RKR International, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and Malik Electronics, Sonipat, Haryana.

When you fill a form on this website (demo booking, enquiry, service request, complaint, warranty registration or partner application) we collect the details you provide: name, mobile number, email, city, area/address, preferred date and time, product details and your message.

We also record the page you submitted from and campaign information (such as UTM parameters) so we know how you found us. With your consent, analytics tools collect anonymous usage data.

3. How we use it

To contact you about your request, schedule demos, installations and service, register warranties, and respond to complaints.

To improve our website and services. We never sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Only with our own sales and service teams and authorised Believe partners in your area who handle your request, and with service providers that help us run this website (hosting, database and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Customer and warranty records are kept for the warranty period plus any period required by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to sales@believealkalinewater.com. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.
