FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything families ask us about RO water, ionizers, installation, price and service.

Product

What is the Believe Alkaline Water Ionizer?

It is a countertop appliance that connects after your RO purifier. Using 11 platinum-coated titanium plates and Japanese electrolysis, it turns RO water into alkaline (pH 8.5–10.5), hydrogen-rich, antioxidant water, and also gives purified, warm and acidic cleaning water.

What are the 7 water types?

Alkaline 1 (pH 8.5–9.0) for daily drinking, Alkaline 2 (9.5–10.0) for high-antioxidant drinking and cooking, Alkaline 3 (10.0–10.5) for washing produce, Acidic (≈3.5) for cleaning, Purified (7.0) for medicines and baby formula, Warm Purified (7.0) for tea and mornings, and Room-Temp Alkaline (8.5–9.0) for all-day hydration.

What makes Believe different from other ionizers?

Four things: 11 plates where most use 5–7, a real-time hydrogen display, an inbuilt heating system for warm water, and SMPS power for stable output in Indian voltage conditions. It is also engineered specifically for RO water and Indian TDS levels.

Science

Is RO water acidic?

Usually, yes. Reverse osmosis removes most dissolved minerals, and the water absorbs carbon dioxide from air, so RO output typically measures around pH 5.5–6.5. It is clean, but slightly acidic, with an oxidising ORP of about +200 to +400 mV and no dissolved hydrogen.

What is ORP and why does negative ORP matter?

ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) shows whether water tends to oxidise (positive mV) or reduce (negative mV). Believe brings RO water from about +300 mV down to −200 to −400 mV, which means the water has antioxidant (reducing) potential.

What is hydrogen-rich water?

Water containing dissolved molecular hydrogen (H₂), measured in parts per billion (ppb). Believe produces roughly 800–1,200 ppb and shows the live reading on its display, so you can see what you are drinking.

Installation

Do I need an RO purifier to use Believe?

Yes. Believe is designed to enhance RO water, not replace your RO. It works best with RO output of TDS 100–150 ppm, neutral pH 6.5–7.5 and stable flow and pressure.

Which RO brands is Believe compatible with?

Believe works after virtually any domestic RO: Kent, Aquaguard, Livpure, Pureit, AO Smith and others. Our free installation assessment confirms compatibility before installation.

How long does installation take?

A typical countertop installation takes about an hour once compatibility is confirmed. Our technician fits the connection, sets up the unit and walks your family through all 7 water types.

Price & Demo

How much does the Believe ionizer cost?

Pricing depends on current offers and installation needs. WhatsApp or call us on +91-7015772030 for today’s best price and EMI options, or book a free home demo to try it first.

Is the home demo really free?

Yes, completely free and with no obligation. We test your RO water, show live pH and hydrogen readings and let your family taste the difference. A demo takes about 30 minutes.

Which cities do you cover?

We start from Sonipat and serve Panipat, Rohtak, Delhi, Bahadurgarh and the wider NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad, plus Karnal, Jind and Meerut.

Warranty & Service

What warranty do Believe products carry?

The alkaline water ionizer has a 2-year warranty on all components. The hydrogen water bottles carry a 1-year warranty.

How do I get service or raise a complaint?

Call service on +91-7015517802, email service@believealkalinewater.com, or use the service request form on our Support page. For escalations write to complaint@believealkalinewater.com.

Bottles

How does the hydrogen water bottle work?

Fill it with drinking water and press the button. A small electrolysis cell infuses the water with molecular hydrogen in a few minutes. It is rechargeable and needs no cartridges.

Which bottle should I choose, 500 ml or 1000 ml?

Choose 1000 ml for gym sessions and long workdays, and 500 ml for daily commutes, handbags and children.
