What to expect at installation, and simple care tips to keep your ionizer performing.
Before installation
- We check that your RO output has TDS of about 100–150 ppm and a pH of 6.5–7.5.
- Keep a power socket and counter space near the RO outlet.
- Installation typically takes about an hour once compatibility is confirmed.
Daily use
- Choose Alkaline 1 or Room-Temp Alkaline for everyday drinking; start gently for the first week.
- Use Warm Purified for tea and morning water; Purified for medicines and baby feeds.
- Never drink the Acidic setting. It is for cleaning only.
- Drink hydrogen-rich water fresh for the best hydrogen level.
Care & maintenance
- The automatic cleaning cycle keeps the plates clean; let it run when prompted.
- Replace the pre-filter as advised by your technician or the display reminder.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- If you’ll be away for long, run water for a minute before drinking again.
